With almost 30 years experience, Natalie Tannous has played in over 40 television series, 20 films, and 15 plays and several web-series. She has written and directed 2 short films, written a feature still in the works, coached actors as well as lent her voice to numerous dubbings, narrations and voice-overs. The variety of roles portrayed in her career range from an over protective, eccentric, emotional Arabic mother to a down-to-earth ambitious prosecutor; an alcoholic vegan veterinarian in a mid-life crisis to an overzealous wedding planner hogging the spotlight. Earnest detective, perceptive psychologist, kind therapist, compassionate doctor, fun aunt, magnanimous best friend, overburdened secretary or panicked, strict or hysteric mom, each character shines in Natalie’s performances.

Comedy or drama, Natalie navigates easily in French and English, both on stage and on screen. Her Egyptian-Lebanese, Syrian-Palestinian heritage also allows her to play a numerous and colorful array of middle-Eastern characters in various Arabic accents or dialects.

She is based in Montreal but, loves to travel!

De plus, elle a scénarisé, dirigé et produit 2 courts métrage, scénarisé 1 long métrage en attente de financement, dirigé des acteurs pour des auditions et prêté sa voix en doublage, animation et narration. La variété des rôles qu’elle a incarnés est un éventail de personnages passant de maman excentrique et trop protectrice à avocate pragmatique et ambitieuse, vétérinaire végétalienne alcoolique en crise à planificatrice de mariage très zélé qui monopolise l'attention; détective sérieuse, psychologue perspicace, thérapeute empathique, docteure compatissante, tante amusante, amie magnanime, secrétaire surchargée ou maman paniquée, stricte ou hystérique, chaque personnage interprété par Natalie brille.

Comédie ou drame, Natalie navigue facilement entre le français et l’anglais, sur scène ou à l’écran. Son héritage Syrio-Palestino-Libano-Égyptien lui permet également d'incarner une gamme de personnages variées et colorées du Moyen-Orient dans divers accents ou dialectes arabes.

Elle est basée à Montréal, mais elle adore voyager !
